So the question is...will you be going with a drain??? as couldn't see any pics of your WC loop...I guess you at the same stage as me then. LOL
My loop is still mostly on its way and I haven't ordered a single fitting yet. I definatelly want some form of a drain and for that loop it will be simply unscrewing the third (unused) stop plug on my pump top as it will be the very bottom on the loop. Could be messy but I'm trying to keep as much of my CPU loop in the top half of the case as possible.

At the very least at least plan how your going to drain your loop. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Finally got my new card reader and some time to post pics of my case transfer.

This is the case i was using...in my defense....at the time i bought it i knew nothing about what makes a good case and was sold on the clean curves of the front bay cover.

And this is the mess/lack of space that was making my life less enjoyable (i would like to state for the record that when i first built this case it was a much cleaner build, especially given that i only had 1 HDD and a GTX 8600 vid card). NOTE the lack of space around the GTX275 and how i had to mount the HDDs around ot just to get it to fit. Hopefully this pic illustrates somewhat, why i had such trouble getting my gear out of my old case.

My new HAF with a few cables in preliminary routes

And with MB, etc... installed

(no fan cables are run as yet as i will be getting a fan controller to manage them shortly, however all other cables are run).

As you may have read from my previous posts...i had some issues with booting after the transfer...but looks good now that its up and running.

I will have to add resistors to the front switch panel as in my opinion they are a tad too bright...

(optical drive face is off as i will be having a go at stealthing drive in near future).

I used the Feser compression fittings as well and I love how the 45's have the smaller base - very important on blocks where the fittings are really close together.

As for your drain question you asked about earlier, I implemented a drain in my build using the EK Multioption Reservoir... it has the 3 ports in the bottom (so for me in/out/drain) and one in the top (fill). All I did was put a fitting on the bottom, run a length of hose that hides in the bottom of the case with a Danger Den Fillport fitting on the end of it. When I want to drain, I hang the drain hose out the side of the case and open the fitting... once the reservoir is empty and liquid stops flowing... I attach a longer leftover chunk of hose that has a barb on it and screw that into the Fillport (same size threads yay!). That way, I can lift, tilt and rotate the case around to get the rest of the coolant out without making a mess by putting the end of the long drain hose into a bottle on the floor.

No matter what... you'll probably have to lift and tilt your case to get all your fluid out so thinking of a drain solution ahead of time can make this a little easier.

EDIT: Here is a picture I just took to show you exactly what it looks like from the other side of my case... and yes... I did use compression fittings on that too (had some extras hehe)

The drain line normally just rests in the bottom of the case hiding behind the pump where you don't see it from the window side

Fantastic thread and awesome build with excellent tips. Sub and Rep+1 for you!

I just ordered my HAF932 today but used one for my son's rig that I just completed and shipped to him. I haven't decided on the paint scheme I want to do yet but feel the case interior really warrants it. I love clean builds and yours is coming along as one of the best. Going to go WC too. Looking forward to your continued posts.

I'm currently painting the insinde of my HAF922 black. I want to do some blue accents and that color of blue you're using is perfect! What color and brand is it so I can get some?
Excellent job m8 +rep from me too. I'm in the process of modding my HAF too, just finished the paintjob for now and got all the components, hopefully will finish the side panel during this weekend. Where did you get those LEDs btw? I've been looking for some yellow/amber ones to replace the ones og the front fan but no luck...
