Looks pretty good, but unsure about the size of the rad he wants.

If you're gonna go external, you should get an Apogee RadBox, and if you want to cut the price a bit, you can grab the Apogee GTZ instead of the heatkiller. If you want to cut the cost even more, you could grab a smaller radiator, though that one will do fine for lower cfm fans.

I would pick...

CPU Block: Apogee GTZ
Tubing: 7/16" ID tubing (you pick what kind of tubing you want)
pump: D5 Liang (aka. Apogee MCP655)
barbs: Bitspower 1/2" fatboy fittings
clamps: what shadow picked (hose clamps)
res: what shadow picked or apogee microRES v.2
radiator: What shadow picked, or if you want smaller, pick the 120x2 version. (XSPC 360, or XSPC 240 if you want smaller)

Also pick up the Apogee radbox for mounting it outside the case, it really does help. For the fluid, you can just pick up distilled water from your local store, but you'll also need to pick up biocide from www.shoppts.com

Edit: Since you wanna cool gpu later as well, I would pick up the triple rad.

The cheapest agpoee GTZ on chilled pc is £51 the heatkiller is £29.
