hi everyone,

well i dont know which is going on but, my conclusion is a hardware error, but i have heard from other people it could be the graphics card,

now from what i have been told by the person with the computer problem is:

the computer keeps freezing up, at around 6pm GMT every night, she has installed a new hardware which is her modem, and from what she knows its been her graphics card with the problem, now she has atm in the computer a nvidia geforce 4 AGP, and the drivers have been installed, as i have done them, but she still keeps getting locked out of her computer, all the time. now what i believe it is, correct me if i am wrong, is the following withings

Hard Drive Error

and/or

Ram Error

now she has been unable to boot up windows so she has been unable to run any more of the tests i have asked her to run, but can anyone give any advice i can use to help her out?
