just googled something and came up with this thread: http://www.neowin.net/forum/lofivers...p/t388451.html

I think the case is pretty good, no just externally. http://www.gigabyte-usa.com/Peripher...1-ANS(ANB).htm

On the HDs...
Are you going to RAID0 a pair or run a single one?
Check The Offical HD Benchmarks Database for referances either way

BTW, the 3800 X2 should OC beyond the 4400+ at default, save you some money and OC just as well as the 4400 ...
then again there are the Opty 939 X2 units too... the "Denmark" 170 has a 10x to work with and OCes well, if you can find one.
EDIT, The 175 uses a 11x.
will it really be saving me money in the long run now that I think of it? I mean, doesnt overclocking shorten the lifespan of the CPU?

OCing can affect the lifespan of your computer, but no one really knows how much, but what we do seem to know is that the lifespan of the cpu will still be longer than you will need it. in other words, you'll most likely have upgraded by the time the CPU died. lifespan is affected by the voltage and temperature of the CPU, so at cooler temps, it should last longer.

I have one last question...I just want to be sure a 4400+ 1gig and 7800GT would be good enough to run games like FEAR, BF2, and CoD2 in full settings smoothly...
