Ok this isn't anything ive done but just random pictures ive managed to pull up for some reference; something to note however is that on good air going above 1.65v for the GPU and 2.3v on the memory isn't a good idea.

Whats different in it to your stock BIOS? A few things, core is now 445MHz and memory is 1.16GHz (effective) Still trying to find where the damn fan control is in the BIOS so its kicking 100% 24\\7. Still also exploring possabilities of a BIOS core throttle and\\or a core voltage throttle. Memory timings are very nice on this BIOS as well.

*updated*

X800XL(SR) *Special Reserve* This will be the crowning BIOS for the X800XL, whats going to be changed? I'm not telling, I just thought i'd get you all excited with the cool name

1. Boot to DOS and backup original BIOS using flashrom
2. Flash to modded BIOS
3. Reboot

Modded BIOS enables extra 4 pipelines and allows OCing up to X850XT PE speeds and beyond.

there's a good amount of info here! good job.

I do think you should include rivatuner for nvidia cards, it seems to be one of the most popular oc tools.
