Overclocking again

Ok I have never seen the max on my chip but, i'm going to try today. Here's what im at now. V core is at auto. Before I change the vcore manually, what's the max voltage for a newcastle can't remember is it 1.7 ? Temps are good load is 38c.

You can run it over at 1.8, if cooling can. for benching purposes, or maxing out, but as val said 1.65 or so will do fine for 24/7.

I have a Newscastle 3000+ but i cant change the multiplier, its alway 10x200 Mhz, how can u change ur multiplier man ?

It's half locked being you can reduce it but can not increase it.
Set a large divider on your RAM so that it won't inhibit the CPU OCing. Then work the RAM. Or vise versa
