Those temps are actually very good for air coolers, but are about what the Big Typhoon is expected to produce. It is a very good cooler (good choice) Just 2 things however, what is your ambient (room) temperature and what voltage are you giving that CPU at the moment?

The reason I ask is those are 2 BIG factors in determining CPU temps. The higher the voltage on the CPU, the hotter it would get. For instance, if you had stock 1.38-1.40v (I think) on that CPU then those are pretty nice temps, however if you had like 1.7v on it with those temps then that is CRAZY good! lol! Alternatively, if your room was like 11c then your temps should have been lower but if your room was 25c and your temp was 26c that is very good, see what I mean? usually when comparing temperatures I like to use a delta, or when you take your temps and subtract from that your ambients and get your temp increase over ambient.

IE: lets say my hot as hell P4 Prescott was running at 58c now and my room temp was 21c (actual current temps!) then my temp increase over ambient would be 37c. Get it?

cpu is 1.475v as for the ambient temps not really sure but it only increased 2c when my g/f turned on the heating so not much of a change temps over the time scale of 18 hours
