TCCD is a particular integrated circuit used on RAM that offers tight timings with low voltages (read: a very good product). Do a Google search on the info you pulled off of the label. It may turn up something good as that info in itself doesn't tell much about the ICs.

If your board suports ddr400 then it can handle beyond ddr400, ddr400 was the last certified standard for motherboards, I have ddr550 in one of my 3.4E.
