Noob to OC, and very confused even following guide - Page 2

Thanks for all the inputs. I need to look at the BIOS again, because the one thing I have been having the issue figuring out for sure is the divider portion. (i.e. 1:1, 1:2 etc) For anyone that has the BIOS for my mobo, I do have v19 installed, and if you can let me know which setting I am looking for, it would be greatly appreciated. I have an idea, but don't really feel comfortable with my decision.

-Trc
-Trfc
-Trcd
-Trrd
-Tras
-Trp
-Twr

ATM I am setup this way:

FSB: 219
Multiplier: x10
HT Frequency: x4
DRAM Clock: DDR400
CPU Core Voltage: 1.6
DDR SDRAM Voltage: 2.7
DDR VTT Voltage: DDR/2
DRAM Command Rate: 2T

Everything else is stock/Auto

When I ran 3DMark03 I hit a max CPU temp of 52c
Right now I am sitting about 34c

Comments, questions, ideas?

Thought I might get some kind of response while I was at work last night.

Thanks for all the info everyone has passed on to me though.

Seems I had a fatal error today which is commonly caused by overheated components. So I've stopped my oc for now. I was surprised since I wasn't sitting any higher than 38c all day.

There will be items that need to be turned off . such as Cool'n'Quiet and CPU Throttling.. these will go against any OC.

Set you ram up to CAs 3-3-3-8 as this will then allow them to be OC'd a bit easier - Vdimm 2.8v
