No, colors were just added to make the differential easier to view.

I couldn't really do it based on cooling, as different revisions come out I would have to update too often by batch and whatnot.

All depends on the chip.

I have a CACYC 965BE 90007. And I only need 1.475v (reads 1.482v windows) to do 300 HT Clock. & 1.4v CPU-NB.

what the safe volts for nb? isn't it like 1.4v? Along with cpu-nb?
