What do you mean not move your motherboard? Most aftermarket coolers will require you to remove your motherboard out of the case since they usually include some type of metal backing for added support. The fan will plug into your motherboard's fan power where the stock cooler is plugged into now.

if u dont want to take out your mobo, as far as I know-As far as PSU what kind of case do you have?

call FRY's or Best Buy and ask thier repair people-they do alot of e-machine repairs. . BTW alot of the "Name Brands" dont like you going into the BIOS and changing the settings to OC. Better go in and see if the options are available before you blow $ on something you dont need
