Both MOBOs should overclock well. I believe you'll find more support for the DFI on the forums though, due to the extreme tweakability of DFI's.

Get the DFI. Abit was good back in the good old socket A days but they have fallen behind with their A64 offerings.

My PSU is the 20 pin connector, not the 24 pin connector. Is this a problem?

Some people have used a 20-pin connector on their boards and just left the extra four holes open.

I personally don't like that idea and would recommend you get yourself an ATX 2.0 (24-pin) PSU.

I'm not sure how long ago it came out. The 4 extra pins are for PCI-E power.

A 20+4 pin PSU has a an ATX 20-pin connector as well as another 4 pin power connector that usually plugs in somewhere next to your CPU. 24-pin PSUs have the 24-pin and the same 4-pin connector that the 20-pins have.

Well is it necessary for me to have a 24 pin psu? Ill be using a xfx 7800 GT, and i have the aspire 480 watt psu, +12v is 34A. This 7800 takes the normal molex 4 pin connector.
