lets do simple math

600x12=7200 (X1600XT)
540x16=8640 (X850XTPE)

For the X1600XT and SM3, the 128 bits just screw the card all over the place.

I rather have 256 bits than SM3

If they decided to stick a 256bit bus on that card im sure it would be much nicer.

I'm gonna laugh so hard when this thing mops the floor with your X850XTs and X800XTs You're all gonna be "OMFGZ0r?! Hax! Hax!!11!" Seriously though, who knows, it could be pretty good.

That would be X1700XT

Since X1800XT has 16 pipes and X1700XT would stay 12 pipes

Yes, lets:

600x12=7200 as you said for the X1600XT for $179
400x16=6400 for my X800XL which still costs ATLEAST $250

This card outperforms mine, with SM3 support, for about half the price (my particular card is $275). I can't believe you compared it to a X850XTPE lol! That is a $400+ card!!
