What have i done wrong?

Kk i just built myself a new machine (old xp 2400+ 512MB machine was experienceing random reboots so i bought all new bits.)

Spec is same as my profile

MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum
AMD 3700+ San Diego (Stepping 1 no revision apparently)
OCZ 2GB PC3200 memory
Windows XP x64
POV 6800 Ultra

and it runs like a frickin legless tortoise :| Seriously even though my last machine rebooted every hour o so it still ran faster and more reliably than this :|

Ive downloaded and installed latest nforce drivers. I get no errors on 24 hour self test with Prime95 (SiSoft sandra reports that CPU voltage is 2.3 but BIOS and cpu-z both report 1.3) I get 3 or less FPS in 3dmark05. Im just wondering is the XP x64 really screwing my machine that bad?

Thanx in advance for any advice

Windows does not like hardware changes I would suggest reloading windows or just wait about a week and it will run faster.

Replaced entire machine and installed brand new OS. Only thing thats the same is teh DVD drive. The entire machine is brand spanking new. Yes i got teh 64bit drivers (though im currently checkign for 3dmark05 64 bit drivers) I just expected this machine to be faster. Hell teh old machine (when it stayed up long enough to run the entire test) got 20fps+ on 1280x1024 with anti aliasing and anisotropic filtering (was running XP Pro NOT XP x64) and that was an athlon xp 2400+ hence my thinking summit is fubared Ive ordered a copy of XP home edition hope that helps
