software wont run!

hey guys, as usual, i am coming on here with yet another problem. yesterday I deleted a few things on my computer that i no longer needed but when doing so i think i got rid of a few things i needed too!!! now i cant do my control+alt+delete comand!!! and i have like a **** load of stuff running in the back ground and no way of shutting it down. dowes anyone know what i might have deleted too make that comand stop working?

i tried doing what the thread said about using hijackthis software and i did a scan and there is a****load of stuff, but i am not sure what too get rid of and what not too. please give more guidence.

Whatever it brings up I suggest you get rid of it because it is more than likely the root of your problem.

Whoa! Hold on Thar! Hijack this brings up a list of all processes - If you kill 'System Idle Process' or 'svhost' your system will crash. Look at all the processes and try to work out what is what - theres always a clue, ie: clsid {482934829342934823942} AdobeMgr.exe is not spyware its a system process. If you find something your unsure of google it to see if its critical or Spy/Ad/Malware/Virus. Hijack This has a useful info tool that has data on most of the processes it brings up.

Post in the Hijack this Log.
