Yeh I already saw that. I just got the card booting into windows somehow with all the artifacts and everything. Seems like someone did attempt to flash this.

I see 16 pipes, and the clocks seem to be wrong..

I'm sorry to say but that's what you get when you get computer parts off ebay. I hope the seller has a return policy.

400/400 doesn't work either.

And that seller does have a return policy. I'm waiting for my refund + shipping money in order to send it back to her.

Try flashing it to a 12 pipe bios and see if that fixes it, sounds like one of those fabled "bad pipe" you hear about, lol. There should be a thread by SPHERE about the x850pro's that'll have the right flash utility and maybe even the original bios.

Unfortunately...when I plug it in everything seems so pixelated. There are rainbow-like spots on my screen. I've tried uninstalling the drivers, using driver cleaner, and so on. Doesn't work. When trying to install the latest drivers it goes to a black screen at the windows logon. I can acess safe mode though. Now I am using my 9600XT again. Could this card be the result of flashing? If it is please help me!

I've also added a picture.
I had a same problem with 9600XT. It appears that the Video card was banded and same blue lines and dots! There is nothing i could do, so probably your card is damage
