..Hey maybe someone will know of a higher wattage 40x40mm TEC that will fit in a Swifty. I'd say to go at least 300W+ on one to make it worth while and all of those, that I know of, are 50x50mm+. You might be able to mod a Swifty for a bigger TEC, I really don't know the answer to that.
Say you have a 15vdc TEC you would want to run that at around 12vdc for efficiency sake, at the full 15vdc it would put out a lot more heat that you would have to dissipate out of your rad then what gain you would get from the extra wattage of running it at 15vdc. The lower the voltage the more efficient they are but also the less heat load they can handle. It's a balancing act basically.
You'll need some real decent rad because your not just dealing with the chips heat dump your having to dissipate it and the TEC's heat dump. The cheapest route would be to make a dual bonnie rad box for it and some decent cfm 120x38mm fans on the Bonnies. I'd definetely set up a GPU only loop for it.
