Linksys WRT110 Options

Thread Starter
Due to money constraints, I'm currently stuck with a WRT110. Tomato doesn't appear to support this model, and DD-WRT outright says it has no support for this model...

So, are there any other options for upgrading / replacing the "stock" firmware on this router? Or do I just need to get over it until I can save up the $$$ for a replacement?

Thanks, folks!

Have you checked Linksys website, they may have release a newer version of firmware for your router.Other wise you'll just have to wait til you get the money.

Yeah... this router (I came to find out after I couldn't get Fry's to let me return it) had a v1.0.0.04 firmware bricking problem.

They've fixed that problem with firmware v1.0.0.05 apparently, but uh.... my router refuses to install .05 so I'm stuck with the firmware it shipped with. /sigh/

Oh well, guess I'll just tack on the cost of a new router to my hardware upgrade list.
