plus 940 boards, as far as i know, arnt too cheap so its not very economical after all. PLUS i think they need ECC ram. The boards are around $200 a pop, and thats the cheapest lol.

and ya, they require that ecc registered ram crap(afaik). in the long run these proc's might as well just be thrown down the lakez0r

Haha... Well that part is not hard, I was not going to upgrade my blog server but what the heck. Now that I have the chips, I have an excuse to buy a dual opteron motherboard and registered memory hehe I'm sure my wife will love that.
