Just 2 questions that google can't seem to come up with.
1. Is this mobo capable of unlocking cores?
2. It's very confusing but I get conflicting information from asrock about the memory capabilities
on page 43 of the instruction manual for the a780lm it says under
memory clock
This item can be set by the code using [Auto]. You can set one of the standard values as listed: [200 MHz (DDR2 400)], [266 MHz (DDR2 533)],[333 MHz (DDR2 667)] and [400MHz (DDR2 800)]. If you adopt Phenom CPU,there is one more option: [533MHz (DDR2 1066)].
but on your website for the main page of the motherboard it says
- Supports DDR2 1066*/800/667/533 non-ECC, un-buffered memory
*Support with AM3 / AM2+ CPU.
So will any AM2+ processor work or will it have to be a Phenom CPU?
