Corsair 800D and water! nah too pricey if you ever think of 800d and air cooling are complete oxymorons. Anyway how bout a haf 932/922/scout? All great airflow and look pretty sick. and 212+ on a budget, then Mugen 2 and if you can afford it Megahalems!

I have a V9 Black and I like it a lot. Good flow and decent cable management. I think it is under rated but thats my view.

I got my Mega here. For the price the other shop is charging you can get the new Shadow, I think it looks a lot nicer. Mine should be tomorrow. I post a pic after I get it.
