no temps are great 29c idle and 55c highest when i had it oced to aroung 4.1 cpu-z would go down around to 3.0 then when i went to stock speed it went down to 2.502.8

Open CPU-z then wait till it shows the drop in speed. Then start super pi or something and watch cpu-z and see if the speed goes back up...if it does then "speedstep" is enabled. It should be disabled. Look in the cpu config section of your bios.
