First Build for 2010/Ever (comments welcome) - Page 2

Looks like you have a good setup so far. Good job.

To be honest, I'd suggest you pay a bit extra for the 932HAF.
But that opinion's a bit biased since I like big cases better than mid towers...all those horrible experience of things not fitting in...
The 922 should fit the 4870X2 fine though, they've been made to do that.
My old Thermaltake Tsunami (mid-tower) barely let me put in my 8800GTX.

As for your built in monitor speaker...I won't say much but they are horrible...
Won't you consider buying a cheap expendable headset? lol

The build looks good, and the video cards will definitely fit since a 4870 isn't too long... I like it! It will work great.
Dude, I would stick with the dual 5770's! They will be so nice, and they will hold you off for a long time before your next upgrade. Also the 4870's use a lot of power and produce more heat!

If you plan on keeping the gpu's for a couple years, then get the 5770's, but if you plan on upgrading in a year or so, then get a 5850!... but 5770 FTW!

Build looks smexy to me. Have you considered bumping the CPU up to the 965? It's $30 more, and not really a big deal, but...

I feel your pain. My dad's been promising to buy me a car every year for 6 years now. I wonder if there's a Guinness World Record for "Longest Unfulfilled Promise"

I would if my friend wasn't the one buying it for me he recently quit his job and still is trying to buy me the 955.

LOL You would win it for sure. I've actually had very good luck with presents in the past, to bad I asked for stuff I didn't want. Lame on my part.
