Can someone clear me up: What is the 4V jumper for, and when is it used?

Lets you rachet your vdimm up to 4V. I just turned mine on, and I'm sitting at 3.5V right now.

Only use this if you have Winbond UTT/BH-5/BH-6/CH-5/CH-6 RAM.

Yes. With TCCD/TCC5 Modules, you should never need to go above 2.9- The DFI board supports you up to 3.2 without the JP17.

K,... thx. I was reading something about mosfet water cooling, and I guess it was just for the test, but they were using the 4V jumper with a vdimm of just 2.7, which greatly increased the heat load on the mosfets.
I only just learned what the mosfets are, and ain't quite clear on exactly what they do, so I was a little puzzled.
