This was also over the weekend guys. The people at Connectify probably just don't read email then. I'd give them till tomorrow then shoot them another email. Looks like a small project, not run by a huge corporation. Probably a small operation. Just give them time to get your hardware in the program. The best you can do to help them is to give them all the details about your hardware. You might want to download Belarc Advisor [URL="http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html"]Link[/URL, this bascially gives an audit of all hardware of software on your system (also good to use before an OS reinstall because it gives you all license keys of software system). Take any personal information out of this report then send it to them. For people developing software and wanting to give good support, this information is a goldmine.

I too was having this same problem, and was trying everything I could think of to remedy this problem. Finally I gave up and went on to doing something else.

By chance, later on, I started my Windows Update. I noticed there was an optional update available, labeled "Intel driver update for Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100 AGN." After installing this update, Connectify immediately began working.

Anyone who is experiencing this connectivity issue should give this a shot.

Well, just like me, when I turn it on, it appears gray, and I can do nothing to it! I don't know why

Go here: http://connectify.me/docs/ there's a list of supported/unsupported wi-fi cards.

I have the Intel 5100 card, and Connectify didn't work until...

[fanfares, please!]

...I downloaded the latest Intel drivers from here: http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/detect.htm (use IE, didn't work under FF).
It only takes a few minutes, no restart required, and Connectify works immediately once the driver is installed.

Now I don't need to bug the admin about adding my iTouch's MAC address

Hopefully I've helped somebody
