Side Panel Fans

I would like to know how i would mount a fan onto the side panel as there is nothing to srew the srews into post anything that might help

P.S im starting a case mod of my own but im useing a very very old pc as my giunipig....

super gue works wonders if you dont want to drill holes, ive had a fan super glued into a computer for about a year and it still hasnt moved.

Sorry for high jacking your thread...but, how would somebody put a window on there case. Would hot glue work or do i need something more.

A hot glue Gun should work fine although id maybe put a couple of srcrews every so often to make it realy secure. Screw realy arnt needed but its just a way to make sure it dosnt fall off although i couldent see it happnin

koolio ive started cutting my window out but its looking stupid , is there are jagged edges left how do i smooth it out ?

If you get really jagged edges you will likely need to use a file to get it flat. If you try using a dremel with a grinding wheel you might get the high spots down but it will likely still be bumpy, use a file after that to flatten them out.

How did you cut the window...tin snips?

You need a file and lots of patience,alternatively you can use jigsaw and a very steady hand.

Buy a metal blade for the jig saw from Home Depot(2.99). It will do each side in a second or two,saving you time.Now that you've already started though,you might as well finish.
