Heating! Or there is conflicting hardware. try disabiling on board stuff in bios.

Keep a close eye on temps ... check em with Prime ... you could be due for a reapp of thermal paste if your temps are up.

Well i have a temperature monitor that came with my case, and it never goes above 40 degrees celsius... Maybe its wrong.

Probably not so far off that the temps were so high that it shot down.
Leaning to the vid card... do you have another PC or friend with a PC that you can test it with?

Definately download the latest NVIDIA drivers, then download your latest NF4 chipset drivers, then download DirectX 9.0c or whatever, download your latest sound card drivers, update your BIOS, then download a few other things I am missing that are vital. Once you have everything updated you should be fine.

(Make sure you restarted between like every 2nd install)

Go to your motherboard's webpage (in this case something like dfi.com or related) and search for your model. Click on Downloads and there should be several BIOS updates there. Download the latest one and it should tell you how to flash it.

Well, i went to the website, and in the BIOS update section, i have no clue at all what one to choose... Do i just choose the top one or what?
