Just read that FAQ... be carefull kitt3 as that guy uses Geil Ultra-X TCCD which is a good overclocking memory, for us 'Corsair Value Select' guys, we have to drop the Max Frequency clock to 166 = 333 Dual channel so that due to the ratio with the FSB, when we overclock the FSB, the ram will have that extra 67Mhz (dual channel) till each reaches it's stock clock, thus with this we will be able to overclock the cpu quite a bit... mine is set up to 5:6 ration if you put 333 instead of 400.

Still that FAQ will help you more as I never personally experienced that motherboard.

I left mine on the Default Voltage because as soon as I tried increasing the Voltage, I was getting beeps from the mobo "the missing ram beeps" or sometimes even BSOD (Blue Screen of Death).

Hey Urb4n this is wat i got after i followed ur settings on stock cooling fan just for testing ...........

FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4
Hardware failure detected, consult stress.txt file.
Torture Test ran 0 minutes 50 seconds - 1 errors, 0 warnings.
Execution halted.

Whats that i got it by sp2004 after runnin it for like 1 min and 42 secs... is this normal or its just cz iam on stock fan ? cz temp of cpu IDLE is 45c ... didnt play or anythin so is that normal ?

this is wat i used as u said exactly

1) set your MAX Memory clock to 166Mhz from the bios ( edite 333 for dual )
2) set the HTT Multiplyer to 4x
3) set the CPU Hammer to 11x
4) set the FSB to 240Mhz
5) set the voltage of the CPU to 1.5V (for stability)
yeah yeah...

It could be a number of things that are the matter, but I really wouldn't advise overclocking or raising your vcore with idle temps of around 45°C. This is just too hot for the CPU and will cause instability. If you keep running it like this then you might run the risk of permanent damage. I'd advise you to wait for the Big Typhoon and then begin from there and put all settings back to stock, for now.
The Big Typhoon does come with Thermal Grease, but as Urb4n said, Arctic Silver 5 will improve your temps by a good few degrees and is well worth the small outlay.

Omg i kept checkin the forum for an answer scared the crap out of me . Well if u think it was temp then okay i hope that was the problem i wont do any clockin no more untill TT comes . But are u sure that was the problem ? cz once it boots i hear some voice of like re-loading very fast or like scratch comin outta the hard drive !

Sorry, didn't mean to scare you, but this is quite important.
Here's a link to AMD's website showing the maximum temp that your cpu is rated to run at:
http://www.amdcompare.com/us-en/desk...=ADA3500DIK4BI
70°C is the absolute maximum this CPU can run at and in your first post you mentioned this as a temp. High temps like this will cause instability, but I can't guarantee this is your problem. You won't have caused any damage just from short runs like you've been doing, but I wouldn't recommend keeping your temps high like this any longer.
Not exactly sure what you mean by the last line. HDDs do make a noise when loading etc and after you've booted if they need to be accessed. Is it just a normal loading noise you're hearing?
