So it all depends on ram eh , which ram would let u hit 3 ghz ?
yeah yeah...

GeIL 1GB (2x512MB) PC4400 UltraX-TCCD CAS2.5 Well this here overclocks nicely to 450Mhz Dual channel which is good... and you can find higher... check www.overclockers.co.uk and check the memory section for an idea.

Edit: sry that's 550Mhz dual... which is 275Mhz single channell... more than enough i guess.. anyways there is even of 600Mhz dual... which is 300Mhz single chanel... remember it has to be DDR1 not DDR2

This Ram HERE will let you get to 300Mhz single which at multiplyer 10x is equal to 3Ghz... with 11x it's 3.3Ghz.. but then again you have to see if the CPU is capable of running at those speeds... and you have to be carefull for the temps... Maybe one will manage to get to those speeds under Phase change.. but i doubt that... remember the more you overclock, the shorter the time-life of the CPU and maybe even the board
