That file was already in there but I did replace it. Still getting the same error message :|

its either there, or its in his program files folder.... depends where the work units and log files are being made.


anyway, jshay has a good CPU and could get just as many PPD by using 2 VMware clients (download the new player which can utilize 4 cores/threads)

true if he wants he could follow the guide in my sig for that.

Id suggest a re-install of the client.

also have you had a nvidia card in this system ever?? if so it might be readin some trace of the nvidia drivers

just make sure to install the new player that uses 4 cores instead of 2. Its silly that people with i7 are still being advised to use 4x the old 2 core player... when they could be using 2x the 4 core player.

oh yeah, lol, he said he used to have a 275. Got to make sure those drivers are gone! Thats what I was thinking when I saw nvcudart.dll name kindof reminded me of nvidia and cuda...

I just fixed this last night. Let me walk you through it.
First of all of course install it.
Try to run it, BUT DON'T CLICK OK ON THE ERROR BOX
Go to the tray icon, right click and configure it
Go to the advanced Tab
Bottom box will say "Additional Client Parameters"
In that box put "-forcegpu ati_r700" without the quotes
Restart the client and kabam folding away.
