Regular voltage fluctuations for a 3800+ X2

My voltage is stock at 1.344 right now. It goes to 1.360 i'm guessing every 5 or less seconds. Sometimes it goes to 1.328 also. I've seen it go to 1.29 something on occasion. When running prime 95 it goes to 1.376 or droops to 1.296 something. I've reset all my settings to stock.
Is this normal?

Before I was running at 240*10 with the multiplier set at 5x, voltage was left the same at 1.344, and memory timings were 2-7-3-3 at 166mhz. My temp would go from 38 to 55 and then I would stop prime 95. Any suggestions? Should I raise my memory voltage or cpu voltage? I'm runing on stock cooling and a big typhoon and as5 are coming in today.

I connected all my computer fans to one power connector and my dvd rom and hard drive to another power connector. Is this ok?

Does anyone know of any good overclocking software for the Nvidia 6800GS?

I see my core voltage fluctuate like that as well but I don't think it's anything to worry about from what I gather. Also, my core temps range widely like yours as well from 33-53C on stock cooling.

If you could, let me know what temps and OC you get with the big typhoon and paste... I've been wondering if I should upgrade, and have it be worth it, to a better cooler for a better oc.

After obtaining and installing the Big Typhoon with AS5, I raised the voltage from 1.344 to 1.392 and overclocked my computer to 2.5Ghz. It's not extremely high, but I'm happy with it. My temps range from 35C-50C. My stock temps at 2.0Ghz with a stock fan were 38-55. In other words, if you're looking to upgrade, I would recommend it. It really does a fantastic job.
