How to disable ATI overdrive?

As per reading this guide located here, I've decided to try to mod my BIOS and edit the PowerPlay clocks. I understand what to do but at the bottom of the page it says

. But what is Overdrive and how do you switch it off?

Just dont check the box to enable it.... Bam your good.

Dont flash your bios till you test your clocks with software Oc'ing.

What if I already have?

Don't worry the clocks I'm flashing are stable. 950MHz RAM / 1025MHz RAM. I'm trying to edit the PowerPlay thing to stop this dayum flashing I have when the thing throttles.

Umm... when I flashed my card I did it thru dos and didnt have to worry. I also had rivatuner so CCC was disabled.

Dayum CCC. I just uninstalled it altogether and everything works fine. Just remember to NEVER enable the stupid overdrive thing, just use rivatuner or msi afterburner.
