920 d0 on a x58 ud3r help

Specs are.
cpu 920 c0 and d0.
cooler is cool master v8
mobo is gigabyte x58-ud3r bios 3- 8beta.
rams 3 gb of corsair 8-8-8-24 t2 ram.
Gfx is 285gtx bfg

I read meny forums and nothing seems to help. thought i would ask if any one got it stable on this mother board.. i can post volts and other stuff but im so pissed @ setup dont want to see bios again today.

You will need to provide a lot more information than that if you want to get help. People have certainly overclocked the 920 on that board successfully. Do you mean you have a D0 stepping or C0 stepping CPU? You cant have both.

Well Yes i do have both. Volts are and fail @
Cpu 1.300
ram volt 1.66
qpi/vtt 1.35
cpu/pll 1.88
qpi/pll 1.38
ioh/core 1.40
ich i/o 1.58
Settings are 200x 20. on the c0 3.2 stable 160x 20. but after upgrading to windows 7 64bit. get bsod probably caused by : ntoskrnl.exe ( nt+71f00 )
Never had a bsod on 7 x64 rtm. just retail

The D0 is probably going to be better than the C0.
Whats your CPU VID that could help tell people what sort of OC you might get.

well batch # is on do is 3931A324
C0 batch # is 3839A594
Now on the d0 @ 4 ghz volts are 1.264
the co i get 3.2 ghz @ 1.28 stabe on load
memtest+400 stabe on ram for 9 hours.
