It is a console port, but it plays perfectly. Wished they would have left the 360 controller bit in though .

It cant be that hard to put it back in, Its got to be a port of the 360 version. I grantee it'll be in the next patch if they feel that people want it. **WITCH WE DO **

Does World at War or Modern Warfare support it? If not, I doubt there's hope.

I also like to sit back and play from my recliner on my P.C. using my XBOX 360 Wireless controller! I really hate how most games come with XBOX 360 Controller suppoert right out of the box. Even Operation Dragon rising has it, Need for speed shift too? So why is it that COD Series doesn't? I really think the next patch should support it Just my two cents. I do like my Logitech G5 for gaming, But after about a good hour my wrist starts to hurt a bit. Thats when I like to use my XBOX 360 controller. Anyone find a fix yet? Xpadder workes for most games that don't have native support, Wonder why it doesn't work for this game? And no WAW Does not support it either!!

Someone suggested using Pinnacle Game Profiler. I downloaded the 30 day trial and it actually works pretty well. Nothing like native support though, I had to tweak a few things. But better than having to use keyboard and mouse, especially since my keyboard and mouse suck and are ready for replacement.

If you do try Pinnacle, someone posted a pretty good config for MW2:

So far it has kept me from buying the Xbox version, though I'm still considering it.

They did, just like they left the Xbox Live files in.

They left them in in COD4 as well, didn't work though.

Actually, I want you to stop posting in my threads if you're not adding anything.

The Pinnacle program doesn't work for me on Windows 7 64-bit, anyone else? I tried XPadder out a little, but it wasn't cutting it...oh well, M/KB is ok I guess.

oh wow... I'm glad I found this thread. I've been trying to figure out why my 360PC controller (wireless) isn't working for two days now.

I've got a couple questions if you guys don't mind answering.

1. Does the 360 PC controller (wireless) not work for COD:MW2?

2. Does that Pinnacle program (one of you were talking about) work for my set-up? [PC/Vista/XBOX360 Wireless Controller/COD:MW2]

3. What controller would you guys recommend me using if the "pinnacle" program doesn't work?

4. I heard one of you mention that Dragon Age:Origins, supports the 360 controller (PC), is that true?

Once again, I'm really happy I found this thread.

Any information to point me in the right direction would be really really appreciated.

Thanks,
Scott

i'm suprised that it doesn't have 360 controller support, most games do, just to show you turn on your controller while playing games and i expect it to work in most games natively

I really don't use controllers for playing games but it is a good option to have for racing fans
