wekk in a game like B2 it makes a lot of difference for me, when i went from 1gig to 2 gig the game loaded faster and ran a lot smoother. apart from that game i havent noticed much difference in anything else.......yet

Yeah pretty much common sense with today's apps the difference in 2 gigs and 1 gig is amazing. except in older games.

Well, there tests show that the difference between 2gig and 1gig even in BF2, Doom 4, and Far Cry is very very very small. Only a few FPS.

corsair had an article that shows a few FPS difference in BF2 or FEAR etc. Basically say you go from 50fps to about 53fps, a small difference really. My 3dmark score was only a 50odd point difference between 1 and 2 gig. What you will notice is faster loading times for the games. On photoshop or multi-tasking you'll get more effort.
