New setup built, where to start?

Thread Starter
hey guys,
I just finished upgrading my pc a bit and was wondering where to start for overclocking or what you'd recommend. I've been reading up on it and my friend who built the pc wants to overclock it some for games (BF2, Rainbow6, etc) but i just wanted to get your opinions of the setup for overclocking. I have the AI Booster, Coolbits and all that stuff setup but not in use yet.
Thanks in advance!

Heres the stuff that counts.....

Asus P4P800-e deluxe
Intel P4 2.8C HT
Transcend Jetram DDR400 512MB(x4) (3-3-3 timing i think)
PNY 6800 AGP
OCZ modstream 450 ps
Gatewatch Fan controller
120mm,90mm(x2) Delta Case Fans
Thermalright XP-90 with 90mm Delta

Hi and welcome to overclock.net

If you go to user cp at the top of the screen, then on the left hand side > System Specs, if you fill that out, your specs will show in your signature and everyone can easily check them
