Help with the Upgrade..

Thread Starter
What things could I upgrade?

So I have this 7 year old computer, Windows XP.
It's pretty decent at the moment, but over-heated occurs sometimes, not so often.

I know it's almost Christmas, and I could save up to buy a new hardware but I have a lot of assignments and I need a computer (I will not go to a library to do big assignments). So please help me out, tell me which things I could upgrade for low prices until I get a new hardware.

Thanks!

If you don't want download it, here's the pastebin.

I did not know where else to upload my CPU-Z file, so please check it under that link.

Here are pictures of my motherboard:

I agree. With this system, money is going to be better spent on a complete replacement. And for the absolute best value, you could build it yourself.

Is that a gateway? My friend gave me one of those because it had bursted caps and didn't want to spend the $100 on a replacement mobo....
The difference was, his came with 128mb ram! It was a powerhouse! I got rid of the motherboard and sold the case and the cpu is in my server and has been running 24/7 for 480days straight....
