Well Iprefer mouse and keyboard gaming for FPS's, RPG's, and/or RTS's.

Yeah, using controllers for an FPS never caught on with me either. It just feels awkward.

Me too, but i think the 360's controller would be awsome, i mean it will feel lke the 360 but better graphics its a win/win b/c you have a better hardware than 360 and you dont need to buy another peice of poo from Microsoft

All the buttons can be used as on the Xbox 360. The shoulder buttons work as normal

The controller is great for driving/sports games, but the Keyboard and Mouse is still far better for FPS/RPGs etc.

Man after switching from console to PC, I can say I love the PC feel tons better than the controller feel, I probably wont go back to consoles until the revolution comes out because thatll have a PC feel too it as well.

I may have to pick one up. It doesn't require any type of third party software does it? The Logitech controller I have now, runs an app in the background for it to work correctly.

Are the driver's for the controller on the XBox website, or are they just plug and play?

No, you just need to plug in the controller and then Windows will detect the new hardware. I was really impressed with how easy it was to setup and use
