Hows this setup?

Thread Starter
Sunbeam Transformer replaced the stock 80MM fans with 3 of these, and a 120MM fan for the front.

Big typhoon
, With a Delta 151CFM fan, and Vantec Fan controller.

Pretty good setup considering this is my FIRST custom made computer , also going to be my first overclock

Looks like your going to have a lot of air going, Also a good bit of noise

But you'll have to deal with that sort of thing if you want an awesome Air-Cooled OC.

I doubt you'll need the Delta. Besides, what's the point in buying it if you're simply going to turn it down? I think the stock fan will be more than adequate

If you're going to get another fan why not just get the Thermalright XP-120. It does better then the BT. The reason people usually go with the BT is because it already comes with a fan so it is cheaper. You'll actually be paying more for less performance.

The only thing I see wrong is you put a thermostat control fan on the front. When you do that, the only thing that will make it speed up is when the ambient temp in your room goes up. No matter how hot your pc gets that fan will not speed up unless it starts raising your ambient temps
