I'll do it. But bear in mind, it'd probably cost about 100 pounds to ship something that heavy overseas. I mean, it was 58 freakin dollars to ship a processor to muffin the UK... that's like, what, 2 ounces? That power supply probably weighs 10-15 pounds. And there's also the issue of compensation for all the work I'd have to do...

good news:

Shortly after my last post, I plugged everything back into the rear of my PC, then went back to look at the screen and it had frozen totally, I reset, wouldn't boot

Right now, I've put my old 7800GTX in (yeah, I know it's still a thirsty card), and I have just the kettle lead, and the monitor cable connected, and it still won't boot, thus my PSU has gone pop

look's like I'll be getting a new PSU very soon, else I can't use my PC

sigh

btw, are those PSU's interchangeable voltages? Coz u know, UK = 240 Volts, US = 110.... don't wanna get it and make it go pop just plugging the kettle lead in.

oh and btw, I'm coming to u from my laptop 2.4Ghz of Northwood P4 and 512MB of DDR266 ftw lol

yes, u heard that right, it's a desktop P4 in a laptop, and yes it overheats regularly, such a crappy design

ATi Radeon IGP 340M, 32MB shared integrated gfx lol, hardcore

Yes, PSUs are universal voltage, simply adjust the switch on back.

PC Power & Cooling PSUs will take either voltage, and it changes its settings automaticly, so you wont forget to move the little red slider.

Every PSU I've used has a switch on the back for either 115V (US) or 230V (International)...
