Folding: WUs don't finish

Thread Starter
Just a quick question here: Is there a point in folding if I hardly ever finish a WU? The problem is that my rig was made and meant for gaming only, has 6 fans and is constantly open -> it's rather loud! Therefore there is no way this thing is staying on 24/7, not even 24 hrs. The WUs I have at the moment take at least a day, so I never finish one. Is there a point?

Uhh ya..
Theres a way to make it so it saves its place every 3 minutes.
So you can turn it off and it will just save its spot and start there when you turn it on.

hmmm... strange though.... I just closed/restarted it... before it said it would finish sometime saturday, now it says monday. And this is what allways seems to happen. That's why I thought it's starting over again from scratch every timer I close it.

EDIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!: ooops... k! That's fixed,.... now it's back to saturday! All questions answered THX

Nah it takes a bit for it to straighten out at first.
First it does benchmarking and such.
Then it will give a better estimate on the time it will take.
