The total comes out to about $1271.00 without all of the mail in rebates so if I subtract those the total is $1213.00 Which is just under my budget, thanks for all the help guys especially Othermike, sccr, and Duke!!!

Sunbeam Nuuo is AWESOME, im planning on buying one for my new rig.

As for your mobo, if your into overclocking then i would suggest a DFI Lanparty UT Ultra-D.

As for the ram, the 2 GB of ocz looks nice, but you really don't need 2GB, i suggest This

Stick with the Big typhoon, and put a higher CFM fan on it.

But it looks good!

Depends on what kind of OC you're looking for. You're most likely not going to get over 2.8 GHz on air, so I think that BH5 would be better for you than TCCD.
