Also, what would I have to change the voltage up to if I was to get 4GHz or however high I'd be able to get it up to.

How much did you pay for it?

Yeah, it won't boot at anything higher.

Here's my ram in CPU-Z:

Oh, and I don't think I have Taeric, I'll go do that right now.

EDIT: The PD 820 costed me $200 and the BT was $40.

I just locked the stuff, but it still won't go past 222.

EDIT: I misread my temps, here are the real temps: Idle: 35; Full Load (on both cores): 55

hey aqua I have/had mine set as: pci pcie locked to avoid troubles. upped the cpu to 266 total fsb of around 1066. check ram and tried to get closest to factory settings to start and going under stock mhz if I had to just to get things rollin.I pumped up the cpu voltage slowly to try and get stable then figured screw this and plopped it at 1.4v.

So... Are you saying I should lower my RAM speeds in my bios?

what are they sitting at? as the cpu freq I had to drop my mem speed as it could get to high which was a no start. I dropped it below factory speed just to make sure I would not have to worry ie factory 667 would rise with cpu so I chose a close speed to the original and would go well under if I thought the speed would be to high. a starting point to getting the cpu oc'ed. then I worried about the memory afterwards. not sure of actual numbers and to late to calculate so lets just say like ... cpu oc'ed gave mem at 750 I would under speed ram to say 640 just to make sure or just over 667 like 672....excuse my typing I am really tired...

heck even now my 667 4.4.4.8.4 is set to 533 @3.3.3.7.3 @1.95v . Better ram bandwidth than stocker. just hope they hold up. good luck

Hey guys. Looks pretty good from what I see in the BIOS. With DDR2 memory, it's best to run it in a 1:2 ratio, which has a similar affect like DDR in 1:1 sync. This will make you system the most stable.

If your temps are good under full load, then you can consider upping the vCore.
