Also, when I set up my online account they had my billing zip code wrong and I wasn't able to set it up until I called customer service. Which was a bit of an inconvenience.

I feel your pain.
I have had several $200+ bills based SOLELY on overages in texting. Stupid girls
Now I keep a 1000+unlimited "in" tacked on just in case. I earn $11/hour 40hrs/week and a $200+ phone bill just isn't in the cards!At least yours got reversed!
