Wow, looks like you did your homework The only word of caution I have is for your MOBO, I hate MSI since mine has been nothing but trouble, look for a DFI or ASUS, also that PSU is underpowered IMO and Rosewill is not a trusted company, again IMO. I would look to a OCZ or Antec PSU, or if you have $220 a PC Power and Cooling Turbocool SLI 510W should be all the power you will ever need.

looks cool, I'm planning on building a friend a similar system soon, except with a dfi sli dr and a better power supply...

you'll find tons of recommendations in the psu section here, and its not an item I'd skimp out on if you're planning on oc'ing/ running a large amount of hardware.

Get this RAM instead, if you plan to overclock: It's still G.SKILL
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231024

That PSU.... seems to have the right specs at a good price, but I'm suspicious of such a low cost PSU.

Good mobo, good proc.

That video card might have awesome cooling, but can it flash to 16 pipes? How is its overclocking? I don't know much about it.

I'm ownly planning on using the psu for about 1 or 2 months max
Then I'm getting a TT Big Typhoon, 1 more gig of ram, and a nice power supply.

That what I'm going to find out see If I can flash it and how well it will over clock.
