6600gt vs 6800 vs x800

Thread Starter
Should I go for the 6600gt, the 6800 or the x800? All agp, I haven't got a huge budget and these all fall just nicely within my range. I have had a 9800 pro and I am currently using a 5700 (Not good enough)
Any help would be great. Games wise I am playing B and W 2, HL 2 and fear.
I have got an Athlonxp 2800+ and 512 ddr ram.

If you had pci-e, an x800gto2 would be the best bet; doesn't apply to you as you have agp.

I'd get the 6800 and try to unlock it. Even if it doesn't unlock, it's still about the same as a 6600gt. A 6800le...it had better unlock or a 6600gt would do better. Idk about x800...no idea...

6800. Those extra pipes really do wonders. I was impressed by the peformance gain my old 6800NU gave my over my 6600GT.

Another vote for 6800, otherwise its GS agp, only if it becomes available.
Some people said leaktech is better to unlock 6800 fully.
