I had many BSOD's through Overdrive. I don't think many recommend OC work through these interfaces. I achieved much more stability working through the BIOS. Have you looked yours over? do you see all the fields for manual control that you want?

yea i have looked over the bios and i will be trying to set them as soon as i am familiar with the dual bios.... does any one know much about this featur, my question is if i happen to be in situation where my computer does not load at all its on but the screen never goes beyond that how would dual bios kick in or how would it help at all... is it stil through manual pin setting or even taking out your battery?

Did your motherboard come with a manual?

Even with a 9950 on watercooling you won't see much more overclocking potential compared to air...getting into a Phenom II and an air cooler would have netted you a lot more performance

It means you need to provide more voltage at the CPU to stay stable for that overclock...you have essentially failed prime even if its only one core

so do you think there is like a ratio to clock speed and voltage? is there a better way to predict your voltage according to the settings u have in ur BIOS
say
i have:
multiplier: x15
cpu NB freq: 11
ht link frequency: 800Mhz
it says in bios tht normal vcore is 1.3 v
so i change tht by +.150 v so im guessing im at 1.45 volt
and my htt volts are set to + .20 dunno wat the base is so i wouldnt b able to tell u the total voltage
