The Kaze aren't that great. They produce a whine noise when under volted and the quality isn't that great.

And its not about the CFM, its about the static pressure being generated.

For 38mm, at least go with the Panaflos. It would be wise to spend a bit more.

--------
I had the Ultra Kazes and then got me some San Aces (hard to find, but worth it).

Panaflo are decent. My friend's San Ace is better. Ultra Kaze sound louder from the Youtube videos that I have heard.
Panaflos are great. Having used a few of them in the past I would highly recommend them. But if you can stretch it, san aces are in a league of their own.

nah you aren't an idiot, you are just an uneducated motherlover. -LAWL!

you should check out Shadowclock's sticky -> http://www.overclock.net/air-cooling...ml#post7040970

and use the search on -> Ultra Kaze and the amount of info can help you alot.

If you want the "best" 38mm fan, it would be the San Ace. There's also the Papst which is good based on the specs, but not enough users' experience/feedback on it at the moment. Both are hard to find. The Panaflo and delta can be easily found anywhere.

I agree, I have been using a Panaflo fan on my cpu (old p0s rig) and the quality has been great...over 5-6 years.
