i dont see why it wouldnt work but i dont know to much about the dfi boards (yet).
judging from the reviews its pretty good for value ram, see how far you can get it at the timings it went to in auto because dispite what the package says sometimes ram wont run at the advertised timings (good or bad)

Enzo.

You have now made three threads regarding this issue. I have told you the facts: There is a chance that the memory will not work with the board. It is not a definite, but there is a good chance. Please stop making new threads about this.

Here is what I suggest:

Post your issue in the recommended memory thread that I provided for you in the last post you made about this memory. I guarantee that they will help you.

[Edit] Madmax: The DFI boards are very finicky when it comes to memory and PSU's. They tend not to like value memory. That is why I and many others always first check the recommended memory list at dfi-street.com

From what I've found out in the other thread, those are Winbond UTT-BH5 chips. They'll work fine with the board. Adjust vdimm to 2.85 volts and run your RAM at 2-2-2-5 200 MHz just to make sure. If you can do that, then you're set for a great overclock. Put vdimm up to 3.5 volts and run memtest for a couple days. This is called burn-in and it's basically just breaking in your RAM like you would your new shoes. After this (make sure you get no errors in memtest), start overclocking. Good Luck .

I have a stick of that RAM in another computer. It does not overclock well in the DFI. I could only get it to boot in the DIMM2 slot. I should inform you that I have the older style PCB, not the newer BH5 version.

Use BIOS version 623-2 and put the RAM in the yellow slots.
