The Geforce 6200 Is A Good Option If You Don't Have Too Much Money. You Can Mod This Card And Transform In A Geforce 6600, Unlocking The Masked Pixel And Vertex Shaders With Rivatuner. SORRY MY ENGLISH!

You can only do this with the nv43 core. Unfortunately, all new 6200 cards are nv44, and these don't unlock. If you're thinking of getting a second hand card, it may be possible, but a new one would be very unlikely. Sorry

Does 6200 TC series uses system ram?

If the game you are running needs more Ram than is on the card then it will switch to system ram, yes.

So its less performance? A good card has more memory clock than system ram(As i know), So isn't it better if we go to a better VGA than 6200TC?

Very recent games can utlise upto 512MB of video ram, but in general 256MB or even 128MB of video is fine for running games as long as you have a system with at least 1GB of system ram, preferrably 2GB.
The better card you buy, the better the performance, yes, but it's all about your budget. The 6200 was suggested if it could flash to a 6600GT, but as this would be unlikely a 128MB 6600GT should still play any game at decent resolution and frame rates.
